About tchlih.com — Arabic Online Casino Reviews
tchlih.com is an independent affiliate publication reviewing online casinos and sports betting sites for Arabic-speaking players across the Middle East and North Africa. We exist because the affiliate sites Arab readers actually find on Google get this market wrong in three specific ways — and we set out to be the…
Why we exist
When we audited the top-ranking English-Google pages for "arabic online casino sites" and the 11 main Arab-country geo-modifier terms, every site we read showed the same pattern: bonuses framed in USD or EUR with no local-currency context, no real coverage of local payment rails like mada / KNET / Fawry / Stc Pay, evasive or one-sided treatment of countries where gambling carries criminal penalties, and operator recommendations pushed in jurisdictions where promoting gambling content is itself an offence under statute.
We thought a reader in Riyadh, Dubai or Cairo deserved better than that.
What we do differently
- MENA-resident editors writing under their real names. Our three named editors (Ali Al-Ghazali, Farouk Omar, Rana Hamdan) live and work in the region we cover. Every published page is signed and dated. Editorial policy.
- A published, weighted scoring rubric. Six criteria, explicit percentages, automatic-downgrade triggers. See the rubric.
- Hands-on testing with real money. Every casino in our top 10 has gone through a documented protocol: real deposit, ≥30 minutes of play, KYC, withdrawal-to-bank timed to the minute, support ticket logged. See the protocol.
- Bonuses converted to local currency. Every offer shown in AED, SAR, KWD and EGP next to the operator's stated currency.
- Primary-source legality, country by country. Saudi Royal Decree M/17 Article 6. UAE Federal Decree-Law 31/2021 Article 460. Turkey Law 4326/1998. Each cited by name, with last-fact-checked dates.
- Honest non-recommendation in criminal-penalty jurisdictions. In Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Algeria, Jordan and Turkey we explain the law and stop. We do not list operators, push offshore brands or coach VPN circumvention. See the Saudi page as the most extreme example.
- Islam, addressed directly. Gambling is haram in all four Sunni schools of jurisprudence and in Shia jurisprudence. The phrase "halal casino" is a marketing fiction. We address this plainly. Read the full piece.
How we make money
We are an affiliate publisher. When a reader clicks through to an operator we recommend and signs up, that operator may pay us a referral fee. The fee is the same whether the operator scores 8 or 9 against our rubric; only inclusion in the top 10 list is affected by score. Several operators in our review database pay above-average commissions and do not appear in any "top" listing because they did not clear the 7.5 score threshold.
Editors are paid a salary. No editor on this site is paid per click, per signup or per dollar of operator revenue. If an editor is pressured to upgrade a score for commercial reasons, the editor is required to refuse and is protected from retaliation by our editorial-independence statement. Read it in full: editorial policy.

Every primary page on this site is published in both English and Modern Standard Arabic. The Arabic edition is not a machine translation — it is written by Arabic-native editors with care for the Quranic verses, the legal terminology and the religious-context conventions that matter in this niche.
Corrections, complaints, and disputes
If you spot a factual error, please tell us. We publish corrections at the top of the affected article with a date stamp. For operator complaints about a score or claim, see our dispute process. For everything else, the contact page is the right starting point.
Who we are not
We are not a casino operator, not a payment processor, not an introducer to land-based casinos, and not a tipster service. We do not run a Telegram channel selling picks. We do not accept commissions from operators in exchange for review positioning. If something on our site looks like one of those things, we got it wrong and you should tell us.
